Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Leasing Consultant to warmly welcome residents and prospects, coordinate tours, and handle inquiries.

The role includes leasing apartments, coordinating renewals, and serving as the central communication point among residents, management, and maintenance teams. You will promote Bell communities, maintain product knowledge, support marketing efforts, and ensure timely follow-up on resident inquiries and issues, while upholding Bell Core Values and delivering strong

Qualificações

• 1+ years' customer service experience; hospitality or apartment leasing role.
• Must demonstrate support of BAL strategic drivers.
• Must demonstrate ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for residents, prospects, and visitors.
• Effectively lease apartments and sell property’s products and services in accordance with budget.
• Ensure Fair Housing Standards in all matters when working with prospects and residents.
• Follow up on leasing traffic entries and monitor traffic trends.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of property and major competition.
• Assist with marketing activities to position Bell communities as communities of choice.
• Coordinate the resident application review in accordance with Bell guidelines.
• Complete lease packets and files for each resident to include the lease, all addendums and other forms.
