You will interact with current residents on day‑to‑day issues and coordinate renewals, serving as a central communication point among residents, community management, and maintenance teams. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years’ customer service experience; hospitality or apartment leasing experience preferred.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and be well-organized.

Responsabilités

• Welcome residents, prospects, and visitors to the community.
• Effectively lease apartments and sell the property’s products and services.
• Ensure Fair Housing Standards in all matters with prospects and residents.
• Follow up on leasing traffic entries and monitor traffic trends.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and major competition.
• Assist with marketing activities to position Bell communities as communities of choice.
• Coordinate the resident application review in accordance with Bell guidelines.
• Complete lease packets and files for each resident including the lease and addendums.
• Regular attendance and punctuality.
• Proper documentation and follow up with residents throughout the lease.
