Responsibilities

• Greet residents, prospects, and visitors to the community.
• Lease apartments and sell property products and services per budget.
• Ensure Fair Housing Standards in all interactions.
• Follow up on leasing traffic entries and monitor trends.
• Maintain product knowledge of property and competition.
• Assist with marketing activities to position Bell communities as communities of choice.
• Coordinate resident application reviews and complete lease packets.
