Job summary

ConcordRENTS seeks a hands-on Property Manager to lead leasing and on-site operations across Florida communities. You will supervise office, leasing and maintenance staff, manage budgets, and drive occupancy through marketing and resident relations.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, compliance with LIHTC requirements, and collaboration with regional teams to meet financial goals and ensure curb appeal and upkeep of the property.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service excellence and ability to manage resident relations.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills with a record of building teams.
• Knowledge of property management concepts, including leasing, budgeting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire office, leasing and maintenance staff; create staffing schedules; monitor quality and performance.
• Oversee leasing and marketing to secure occupancy and renewals; maintain competitive market awareness.
• Coordinate financial budgeting, variances, and reports; work with departments to meet revenue and operating goals.
• Ensure properties maintain curb appeal and are ready for occupancy; supervise maintenance programs and vendor management.
• Communicate with residents, address issues, and ensure timely collections and policy compliance.
