Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking a Property Manager to oversee leasing, marketing and resident services across our Florida communities. You will build rapport with residents, monitor operations, and ensure occupancy and retention goals are met with urgency and professionalism.

Qualifications include LIHTC knowledge, two years of college or equivalent, and proficiency with Yardi Voyager. A strong customer service record is essential.

Qualifications

• LIHTC and Section 8 rent subsidies knowledge.
• Property management and reporting basics.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing and marketing to residents and local businesses.
• Conduct move-in orientation and renewals at appropriate rates.
• Generate and review reports on rent payments, delinquencies and leases.
• Process on-site rent payments and address damages and fines.
• Create purchase orders and ensure goods are received accurately.
• Respond to resident inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
