Job summary

RangeWater Residential seeks a Lifestyle Director to act as the on-site image ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service and driving leasing, events, and renewals. You will coordinate resident activities, manage responsibilities across marketing and operations, and ensure a compelling community experience.

Responsibilities include tours, applications, screening, and ensuring smooth move-ins, with collaboration with maintenance and management teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in leasing, sales, and customer service preferred.
• Ability to manage events, marketing, and resident relations.
• Proficiency with on-site property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects face-to-face, conduct property tours and process applications.
• Coordinate resident events and leasing renewals to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Maintain high show-quality standards through daily inspections and coordination with maintenance.
