You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform screenings, and ensure smooth move-ins while maintaining resident satisfaction.

The role requires weekly availability, weekend scheduling as needed, and proficiency with property management software.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing leasing.
• Strong presentation and delivery skills to explain options to prospects.
• Comfort with technology and data entry for applicant processing and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects face-to-face to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Conduct property tours and show apartments; prepare lease and move-in packages.
• Process applications; perform credit and background checks; ensure smooth move-ins.
• Design and execute offsite marketing to drive traffic through referrals and online tools.
• Gather market data and trends to recommend improvements and pricing strategies.
• Maintain knowledge of leasing tools and processes; handle renewal workflows.
