Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Lifestyle Director to serve as the image ambassador for our community, lead leasing activities, and coordinate resident events. You will drive occupancy and retention by greeting prospects, showing apartments, processing applications, and coordinating marketing and onsite programs, including wellness initiatives and community services.

This role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic property

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in sales, marketing and customer service is desirable.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects face-to-face and conduct property tours.
• Process applications, credit screening, and background checks; prepare lease and move-in packages.
• Secure lease renewals and coordinate resident retention efforts.
• Design and execute on-site and off-site marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Plan and promote resident events and community programs.
• Maintain show units and marketing spaces to company standards and ensure a positive image.
