The role involves using Entrata, Yardi, and OneSite to track occupancy, process applications, and coordinate marketing efforts. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with a focus on customer service and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Strong computer skills especially in property management software.
• Customer service and communication abilities are valued.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact and image ambassador for the community.
• Execute events, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Conduct property tours, process applications, and assist residents with requests.
