You will plan and execute resident events, manage leasing and renewal activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals, conduct tours, process applications, screen approvals, and prepare move‑in packages. This role prioritizes a people‑focused approach and teamwork with onsite staff.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate effectively with residents and prospects.
• Experience with on-site property management software is a plus.
• Strong organizational and events coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, credit screening, and move-in paperwork.
• Plan and execute resident events to promote community engagement.
