Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, and ensure resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

You will also support offsite marketing, negotiate renewals, and maintain property standards. Must be able to work weekends and adapt to a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation and delivery skills.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service preferred.
• Proficiency with internet, word processing, spreadsheets and databases.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and show apartments to prospective residents.
• Process applications, screenings, and move-in packages to ensure smooth leasing.
• Support lease renewals and occupancy goals with attendance at leasing office activities.
