Job summary

Corvias is seeking an Assistant Leasing & Resident Manager to support leasing, resident relations and sales initiatives at our properties. You will help maintain occupancy, ensure high-quality showings, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent resident experiences.

You will lead by example, guide day-to-day operations, and play a key role in implementing local marketing and service programs that drive retention and revenue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales, leasing, marketing, hospice hospitality or customer service with at least 6 months in residential property management.
• Proven initiative, productivity and teamwork in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to lead projects, inspire teams and achieve organizational goals.
• Strong data interpretation to connect leasing activities to business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Leasing & Resident Manager to increase leasing efficiency and ensure procedures meet business needs.
• Support sales and marketing strategies to raise occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure tour path, model, and units are ready for showing through inspections and collaboration.
• Resolve complex resident concerns and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Develop resident engagement campaigns to boost satisfaction and rankings.
• Oversee day-to-day leasing and resident relations in compliance with laws and standards.
