Job summary

Corvias Group LLC is seeking an Assistant Leasing & Resident Manager to support leasing operations, resident services and marketing initiatives across our communities. You will help maintain occupancy, drive resident satisfaction, and manage day-to-day leasing activities with a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales, leasing, marketing, hospice hospitality or customer service with at least 6 months in residential property management.
• Demonstrated initiative and teamwork in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to lead projects and motivate teams to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Support the Leasing & Resident Manager to increase leasing efficiency and ensure processes meet business needs.
• Assist in pursuing sales and marketing strategies to increase income and reduce expenses.
• Ensure show-ready units, model, and tour path through proactive inspection and cross-functional partnering.
• Oversee day-to-day leasing and resident relations to ensure compliance with company standards and laws.
• Lead training and development of team members on culture, goals, sales techniques, and leasing operations.
