Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and be an ambassador for Cardinal.
• Handle front desk administrative tasks.
• Participate in leasing training and apply Cardinal Way of Leasing (CWoL).
• Greet clients, handle calls, present the community, and close sales where applicable.
• Complete lease paperwork and pass leasing shops.
• Maintain lease file documentation and participate in audits.
• Stay informed on market conditions and trends; attend trainings.
• Ensure tour path cleanliness and positive first impressions.
• Support planning of community events and other projects.
• Be available for on-call duties, evenings, and weekends.
