Job summary

Cardinal Group in Louisville, KY is seeking a Leasing Community Intern (temporary, non-exempt) to support front desk operations and leasing activities. You will deliver high-quality customer service, assist with leasing processes, and help manage community events while aligning with Cardinal Way of Leasing standards.

The role requires evening and weekend availability, a high school diploma, current college enrollment with 6+ credits, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be enrolled in a degree program with a minimum of 6 credit hours.
• Must have completed at least one year at the enrolled college or university.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service by consistently going above and beyond to ensure Cardinal customers are satisfied.
• Administrative front desk tasks and duties.
• Participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing (CWoL) training as required.
• Greet prospective clients and answer leasing calls; present the community and apartments; follow up.
• Complete all lease applications and lease file paperwork.
• Maintain lease file documentation and participate in audits as assigned by Community Manager.
• Support planning of community events and assist with various projects as needed.
