Job summary

Capstone Management Partners, LLC is seeking a Resident Coordination Intern to support leasing and resident services. You will help drive occupancy, handle front desk duties, and participate in training tracks to become Cardinal Way of Leasing certified.

The role requires strong customer service, reliable attendance for evenings and weekends, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. You must be enrolled in a degree program and maintain a GPA as specified.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Enrolled in a degree program (min 6 credits) at an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of one year completed at the enrolled institution.
• Maintain a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA; reviewed annually.
• Must be a current or future leaseholder of the community.
• Must live on the designated community floor as assigned.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service by ensuring resident satisfaction.
• Complete administrative front desk tasks and duties.
• Participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing training as required.
• Greet prospective clients and handle leasing calls using feature/benefit selling.
• Present community and apartment homes professionally and close the sale.
• Process lease applications and lease file paperwork.
• Pass third party leasing shops and become Cardinal Way of Leasing certified.
• Maintain lease file documentation and participate in audits.
• Monitor market conditions by shopping competitors and attending trainings.
• Keep tour paths clean to make a positive first impression.
• Demonstrate a positive, professional attitude with residents and vendors.
• Assist with planning community events and other projects.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
• On-call responsibilities for lock-outs and nightly rounds.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
