Lifestyle Communities (LC) is seeking a Leasing Experience Coordinator to support leasing teams and elevate resident experiences at an assigned community. You will manage the prospect journey from inquiry to move-in, coordinate applications and lease generation, schedule orientations, and assist with renewals.

The role requires a High School Diploma, hospitality or sales background, strong attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to multitask.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hospitality, sales, or leasing operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide information about the community, model homes, and living experience to prospects.
• Guide the prospect through the application and lease process and coordinate move-ins.
• Assist with renewals and respond to resident questions; coordinate events and packages.
