Job summary

Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Leasing Experience Coordinator to support the leasing team at an assigned community. You will guide prospective residents through the application and lease process, coordinate move-ins, and help ensure a smooth resident experience from tour to occupancy.

The role requires hospitality or customer service experience, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Weekend availability may be required to support community needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience in hospitality, sales, customer service, or leasing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Ability to learn fair housing regulations.
• Flexibility to work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing process and move-in experience.
• Greet residents and guests professionally.
• Manage application generation, payments, and lease generation.
• Coordinate renewal leases and move-in readiness.
• Support customer service efforts in the community.
• Maintain tour path and grounds cleanliness.
• Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries.
• Submit service requests in the property management system.
• Assist with resident events and training of coworkers.
