Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team of 5,500+ professionals. The role emphasizes leasing experience, resident relations, and property operations to support occupancy goals across our communities.

Key duties include lease renewals, rent collections, and coordinating marketing efforts. A strong communicator who can lead a team and multitask will thrive in this position, with a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related leasing or property management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to lead a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely, organized manner.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Ability to tour the property with clients and climb stairs.
• This role may require a valid driver's license.
• This role may require you to obtain a state-specific license or certification.

Responsabilités

• Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests and resident transfers.
• Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs.
• Manage resident relations, including calls, requests and concerns.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Develop and track marketing strategies, including advertising, promotions and publications.
• Manage rent collections, late notices and posting rent.
• Review and inspect vacancies, make-ready apartments and models.
• Inspect the property for policy violations, needed repairs and landscaping.
• Additional duties as assigned.
