Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in the United States. The role supports leasing, resident relations and marketing efforts to maintain high occupancy and tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities include handling move-outs, renewals, rent collection and reporting, with a focus on teamwork, integrity and proactive communication. This on-site position offers growth opportunities within a national property management organization.

Qualifications

• One year of related leasing or property management experience.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication; ability to motivate and lead.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Able to tour the community and climb stairs.
• Driver's license may be required.
• State license or certification may be required.

Responsabilités

• Assist with accepting move-out notices, service requests and resident transfers.
• Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs.
• Manage resident relations, calls, requests and concerns.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Assist with marketing strategies, ads and publications.
• Manage rent collections, late notices and postings.
• Review vacancies, make-ready apartments and models.
• Inspect property for policy violations, needed repairs and landscaping.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
