Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Property Manager to oversee daily operations, leasing, and resident relations across our community. You will drive occupancy, budgets, and staff performance while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

We seek proactive leaders who communicate clearly, manage schedules, and build strong teams. A customer-focused approach and ability to tour the property with clients are essential.

Qualifications

• Onsite property management experience including leasing and bookkeeping
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial performance by overseeing rents, occupancies and expenditures
• Supervise resident retention, renewal and leasing programs to maintain maximum occupancy
• Oversee resident relations, including taking resident calls, requests and concerns
• Ensure compliance with Willow Bridge Property Company policy and federal/local regulations
• Manage, train and counsel onsite staff effectively
• Oversee daily leasing paperwork and proper completion of service requests
• Analyze monthly performance and budget projections, discuss strategies with the Regional Property Manager and complete annual asset business plans and budget forecasts
• Assigns and proofs all leasing paperwork
• Audits and adheres to lease file policy with consistency
• Additional duties as assigned
