Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, leasing, and financial performance of the community. The role requires guiding onsite staff, maintaining high occupancy, and delivering excellent resident relations.

The ideal candidate brings on-site property management experience, solid communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and property management software. Flexible scheduling and physical tours of the property are involved.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum onsite property management experience, including leasing and bookkeeping.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Exposure to property management and accounting software; Yardi experience a plus.
• Ability to review, understand and report financial information.
• Solid understanding of marketing techniques and budgeting.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Must be able to tour the community with clients, including walking the property and stairs.
• May require a valid driver’s license.
• May require state-specific license or certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial performance of the property by overseeing rents, occupancies and expenditures.
• Supervise resident retention, renewal and leasing programs to maintain maximum occupancy.
• Oversee resident relations, including taking resident calls, requests and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policy and federal/local regulations.
• Manage, train and counsel onsite staff effectively.
• Oversee daily leasing paperwork and proper completion of service requests.
• Analyze monthly performance and budget projections and discuss strategies with leadership.
• Prepare and audit lease files to ensure consistency.
