Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing operations and resident relations across our communities. The role emphasizes collaboration, initiative, and a service-oriented mindset to foster a positive living environment.

You will assist with lease renewals, rent collections, and marketing support, while coordinating with maintenance and leasing teams to maximize occupancy and retention.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related leasing or property management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Must be able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, may be required.
• Valid driver’s license and state license/certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests and resident transfers.
• Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs.
• Manage resident relations, including phone calls, requests and concerns.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Assist with developing and tracking marketing strategies, including advertising and promotions.
• Manage rent collections, late notices and posting rent.
• Review vacancies, make-ready apartments and models.
• Inspect the property for policy violations, repairs and landscaping.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
