Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring an Assistant Property Manager in the United States. The role supports leasing operations, resident relations, and property maintenance across a portfolio of communities.

You will collaborate with site teams to implement lease renewals, analyze occupancy trends, and execute marketing initiatives to drive occupancy and retention. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in leasing or property management, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS

Qualifications

• 1 year of related leasing or property management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Must be able to tour the community with clients, including stairs.
• This role MAY require a valid driver's license.
• This role may require you to obtain a state specific license or certification.

Responsabilités

• Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests and resident transfers.
• Responsible for implementing lease renewal and resident retention programs.
• Manage resident relations issues, including taking calls, requests and concerns.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Assist with developing and tracking marketing strategies, including advertising and promotions.
• Manage rent collections, late notices and posting rent.
• Review and inspect vacancies, make-ready apartments and models.
• Inspect the property for policy violations, needed repairs and landscaping.
• Additional duties as assigned.
