Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team in a dynamic residential portfolio. The role focuses on leasing, resident retention, and coordinating day-to-day property operations to ensure exceptional living experiences.

Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to lead a team, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The position requires flexibility, weekend availability, and may involve on-site tours and driving as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication; ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends; property tours may be required.
• May require a valid driver’s license and state license/certification where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with move out notices, service requests and resident transfers.
• Implement lease renewals and resident retention programs.
• Manage resident relations, including calls, requests, and concerns.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Assist with marketing strategies, advertising, promotions and publications.
• Manage rent collections, late notices and posting rent.
• Review vacancies, make-ready apartments and models.
• Inspect property for policy violations, repairs, and landscaping.
• Additional duties as assigned.
