You will handle showings, move-ins, renewals, and ensure accurate data in the property management system in a site-based role with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least one year of customer service or apartment leasing experience; accounting background plus customer service is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management basics.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, assist with applications and deposits, following Fair Housing requirements.
• Process applications, credit checks, and rental history; obtain approvals and follow up on status.
• Show apartments, close sales, prepare move-ins, and collect signatures on paperwork.
• Manage lease renewals, notices, move-outs, and update property management software.
• Oversee rental collections, enforce lease terms, track fees, and initiate evictions when needed.
• Respond to resident inquiries to maintain satisfaction and retention; handle complaints efficiently.
• Follow eviction procedures, attend court if required, and manage market surveys and outreach marketing.
• Maintain an active social media presence to boost visibility and engagement; complete paperwork for leases and moves.
