Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations on-site. You will handle tours, qualify prospects, assist with applications and deposits, and ensure a smooth move-in process for new residents.

The role involves maintaining an active social media presence for the property, addressing resident concerns promptly, and driving retention through engagement events and timely service.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required; related experience considered.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, in-person).
• Qualify prospects using guest cards and assist with applications and deposits while following procedures and Fair Housing requirements.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification; submit for processing.

Education

Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
