Job summary

RPM Living is hiring for a Leasing Associate to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations at one of its apartment communities. You will handle tours, applications, and move-ins, while maintaining a positive resident experience.

Responsibilities include qualifying prospects, processing applications, coordinating with the maintenance team, and supporting social media and marketing efforts to drive traffic and occupancy.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required or six months to one year related experience
• Microsoft Office and property management software proficiency required
• Experience in leasing, marketing, and resident relations preferred

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, in-person)
• Greet and qualify prospects and assist with applications and deposits
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification
• Show apartments and close sales; obtain signatures and move-in paperwork
• Maintain an active social media presence to boost visibility and engagement
• Resolve resident issues promptly to support satisfaction and retention
• Complete lease, move-in, and checkout paperwork in a timely manner
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure prompt service requests
• Attend meetings and contribute to marketing and lead generation efforts
• Support marketing strategies within the budget and plan
• Present a positive image of the community to support goals
