Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate in Austin to handle leasing, marketing, and resident relations. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, assist with applications, review credit checks, and finalize move-ins. The role involves maintaining an active social media presence for the property and promoting resident satisfaction.

The position requires an associate's degree or equivalent and familiarity with property management software; office-based with a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Six months to one year related experience or training; or equivalent combination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone and internet inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule tours
• Greet and qualify prospects professionally using lead management tools and assist with applications
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification
• Collaborate with maintenance and management to ensure timely service and move-in readiness
• Show apartments, close sales, and prepare move-in paperwork
• Maintain social media presence to enhance visibility and engagement
• Address resident questions and resolve service issues promptly
• Meet weekly and daily goals; participate in team meetings
