SPM, LLC in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Community Assistant to work with the Community Manager, Resident Experience Manager and Leasing and Marketing Manager to perform leasing, marketing, administrative, and some maintenance tasks.

You will help manage the lead-to-lease process, support residents, and assist in marketing efforts while keeping up with market knowledge and completing trainings.
