• Understanding of today’s marketing trends and social media dynamics.

• Oversee the lead-to-lease process for each prospect.
• Verify accuracy of lease documents.
• Provide peer-to-peer guidance to prospects and residents.
• Maintain market knowledge for the community.
• Complete required trainings for SPM University.
