Arlington Properties, LLC is seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee daily operations of a multifamily community in Huntsville, AL. You will manage leasing, maintenance, and resident relations while leading a onsite team to drive occupancy, revenue, and exceptional service.

Responsibilities include rent collection, budgeting, and reporting with strict adherence to Fair Housing laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; college degree or coursework in business, property management, or hospitality preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in property management, including team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations.
• Financial acumen and confidence managing property budgets and reporting.
• Experience using property management software (Yardi, RealPage, MRI) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Oversee all daily operations of the property, including leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and team supervision.
• Hire, train, coach, and mentor onsite team.
• Lead rent collection, budget management, and reporting with precision.
• Monitor market trends and recommend strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, landlord-tenant regulations, and company policies.
• Foster strong resident satisfaction and retention through proactive service and personal connection.
