Job summary

SPM, LLC is seeking a Community Assistant to support leasing, marketing, administrative tasks, and some maintenance under the guidance of the Community Manager and Leasing and Marketing Manager.

You will oversee the lead-to-lease process, verify lease documents, assist in marketing efforts and maintain knowledge of market trends for the community, contributing to resident relations and the overall success of the property.

Qualifications

• Some College is preferred.
• Understanding of today’s trends in marketing and social media.
• Team player with a positive and energetic attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the lead to lease process of each prospect.
• Verify accuracy of each lease document.
• Provide peer to peer guidance/support to the prospects and residents.
• Maintain market knowledge for the community.
• Complete administrative tasks.
• Assist in marketing efforts.
• Maintain SPM University required trainings.
