Job summary

SPM, LLC in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Community Assistant to support leasing, marketing, administrative tasks, and occasional maintenance activities under the supervision of the Community Manager.

You will help manage the lead-to-lease process, verify lease documents, support residents, and contribute to community marketing initiatives while upholding our standards of service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Some college education preferred.
• Understanding of today’s trends in marketing and social media.
• Team player with a positive and energetic attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entirety of the lead to lease process of each prospect.
• Verify accuracy of each lease document.
• Provide peer to peer guidance/support to the prospects and residents.
• Maintain market knowledge for the community.
• Complete administrative tasks.
• Assist in marketing efforts.
• Maintain SPM University required trainings.
• Other duties may be assigned
