Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or apartment leasing experience; accounting background is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with property management software is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, process applications, assist with deposits and inquiries per procedures and Fair Housing rules.
• Process applications (credit checks, rental history) and seek Community Manager approval; follow up with applicants.
• Show apartments, close leases, prepare move-ins, and obtain signatures on paperwork.
