Qualifications

• Two+ years in residential leasing or property mgmt preferred.
• Experience with rent collections and financial processes.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; ability to use property software.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily operations and overall community performance.
• Manage resident accounts, rent collections, notices, and screenings.
• Support leasing goals and resident retention through service.
• Process applications and guide residents through leasing.
• Coordinate with maintenance for service requests and turns.
• Respond to resident inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain resident files and financial records.
• Assist with lease renewals and move-ins/outs.
• Support marketing and occupancy initiatives; ensure compliance.
• Aid Community Manager with financial reporting and objectives.
