RPM Living is hiring an Assistant Community Manager for an on-site role in Glendale, AZ. You will greet prospects, process applications, manage leases, and support rent collection and eviction processes while promoting resident satisfaction and strong property visibility.

The role requires at least one year of customer service or leasing experience, with preferred accounting background and proficiency in Microsoft Office. On-site work with a flexible schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service or apartment leasing experience preferred; accounting background is a plus.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency; project management skills helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects and assist with applications.
• Process applications, credit checks, and renewals; manage move-ins/outs.
• Show apartments and close sales; obtain signatures and orientation.
• Manage rent collections and evictions when needed to protect revenue.
• Respond promptly to resident questions and resolve issues to boost satisfaction.
• Keep property management software updated with move-in/out data.
• Conduct market research and support social media presence for the property.
