Job summary

RPM Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee all operations at an apartment community in Goodyear, AZ. The role focuses on resident relations, staff leadership, budgeting, and ensuring service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead leasing staff, coordinate onboarding and training, and partner with maintenance and marketing to achieve occupancy and revenue goals while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 3+ years of multi-family property management is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-first approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Leads property staff, onboarding, training, timesheet approval, and performance reviews.
• Drive team performance, provide feedback, and manage disciplinary actions with HR.
• Conduct ongoing training on leasing paperwork and workplace safety.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention and respond to service requests promptly.
• Collaborate with maintenance and marketing to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Assist in budgeting and provide month-end and year-end financial reporting.
