Asset Living is hiring a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. You will greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and sign leases while maintaining accurate paperwork and lead response times.

Regular on-site attendance is required. The role involves administrative tasks, market analysis, and ensuring resident satisfaction through effective service and retention efforts.

Qualifications

• On-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must understand Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leasing and administration of the property.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet and tour the community.
• Close sales; generate leads, conduct tours, and complete paperwork.
• Maintain leasing data and respond to prospect leads within 24 hours.
• Support in marketing, resident relations, and retention programs.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of office and model units.
