Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs and renewals. You will engage with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and ensure retention, while preparing leases and maintaining records.

The role requires strong customer service, familiarity with leasing processes and a proactive, organized approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1 year sales experience preferred.
• 1 year residential leasing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospects and prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork.
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready and orient new residents to the property.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and follow up with prospects.
• Prepare weekly leasing reports and ensure daily open/close procedures.
