Competenze

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year sales experience preferred.
• 1 year residential leasing experience preferred.

• Coordinate all activities related to rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and ensure retention.
• Prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork; complete move-in processes.
• Maintain accurate traffic records and generate weekly leasing reports.
• Assist with planning resident activities and respond to requests promptly.
