Job summary

Mission Rock Residential is seeking a detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to support day-to-day property operations on-site in Tampa, FL. You will communicate with residents, explain lease requirements, and help manage rent collection and move-ins/outs.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of hands-on leasing experience, strong PC skills, and a solid understanding of Fair Housing laws. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities within a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years onsite as a Leasing Consultant required.
• Proficiency in personal computer skills and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Thorough understanding of Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest level of customer service and online presence to obtain satisfactory scores on surveys/reviews from residents and prospects.
• Explain policies related to screening qualifications, lease paperwork, rent collection, and move-in/move-out procedures to residents.
• Review resident files and accounting records to determine unpaid or late fees, communicate with residents about balances, and enforce the lease.
• Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects and stay informed about apartment specs, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
