Job summary

Mission Rock Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to provide information and conduct on-site tours with prospects to lease apartments, while delivering excellent resident service to enhance property performance.

Core duties include leasing and marketing activities to maximize occupancy, knowledge of unit specs and rental rates, and courteous handling of resident communications. Equality and Fair Housing compliance are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years sales and customer service experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Competence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in leasing and marketing to maximize occupancy.
• Tour community and amenities with prospects and stay informed on apartment specs, vacancies, rents and notices.
• Process resident communications and service requests in Yardi and relay to Service Team.
• Greet clients, prospects and residents in a friendly, professional manner and uphold Fair Housing standards.
