• Previous apartment leasing or sales experience.
• Mathematical skills in order to calculate pro-rations.
• Possesses excellent telephone and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, show units, and close leases.
• Process applications promptly and prepare leasing paperwork.
• Maintain knowledge of the property, amenities and rules.
• Document contacts and monitor market surveys.
• Assist in marketing and track traffic sources.
• Ensure timely rent collection and reports.
