RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Tampa to connect with future residents, identify needs, and secure lease agreements. The role emphasizes presenting the community’s features, responding to inquiries, and guiding prospects through the leasing process.

The position requires excellent communication, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. It includes a structured schedule on weekends and access to comprehensive benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
• Valid Driver’s License is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• customer Service experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Willing to work a fixed schedule: Saturday 10 am- 4 pm and Sunday 1 pm - 5 pm
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Generate interest - brag about your community’s unique features and benefits – and highlight what sets it apart from the competition
• Communicate effectively to potential residents on all steps to call your community their home
• Serve as a resource for residents to express their problems and assist with finding a resolution
