You will participate in marketing events, coordinate tours, and help execute email and text campaigns to engage residents. The role requires strong organization, reliability, and the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in a relevant field preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to use email and social platforms for outreach.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process and close sales.
• Conduct community tours and lead follow-up with leads.
• Assist in marketing campaigns and social media promotion.
• Handle email and text campaigns using Entrata/TextUs systems.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and maintain detailed activity logs.
• Enforce community policies and maintain a positive resident experience.
• Support resident services and coordinate with management on events.
