Job summary

Landmark Properties Management, LLC is seeking a Community Ambassador to drive leasing, marketing, and resident experiences. You will guide prospective residents, conduct tours, and support marketing events, while maintaining a positive community environment.

Responsibilities include lead generation, guest cards, social media promotion, and timely follow-ups. Evening/weekend availability and summer/Turn period work are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program in a relevant major (preferred).
• Must possess strong organization skills.
• Must be reliable and have self-discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to work evening and weekend hours, including resident lockouts as needed.
• Available to work during summer and Turn period.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and drive resident experience initiatives.
• Generate leads, complete guest cards, and schedule tours.
• Conduct tours and follow up with prospects.
• Assist with social media and campus marketing events.
• Handle email/text campaigns and log activity in systems.
• Support move-in/move-out and turnover processes.
