American Homes 4 Rent is seeking a dedicated Resident Manager to oversee a portfolio of single-family homes. You will ensure a superior resident experience, resolve service issues, and guide the tenant lifecycle with professionalism.

Fostering strong resident relationships, you will drive lease renewals and new leases, conduct move-out reconciliations, assess damages, and ensure compliance with state laws. AMH offers a competitive compensation package, quarterly bonuses, health/dental/vision

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in real estate, finance, business management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of directly related experience in Property Operations, Real Estate, or Property Management preferred.
• Real Estate License and any state requirements to engage in property management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Foster positive relationships with residents in assigned portfolio.
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries and resolve issues.
• Drive lease renewals and execute new leases within the market.
• Conduct move-out reconciliation, assess damages, and determine resident charges per state laws.
• Implement collection strategies to minimize evictions and delinquencies.
• Represent the company at eviction hearings and monitor HOA compliance.
