Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Minimum of three years’ experience in Property Operations, Real Estate, or Property Management.
• Real Estate License and state permits/certifications required by state real estate commission.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; property management software experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong tenant relationship management and negotiation skills.

• Foster positive relationships with residents in your portfolio.
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries, aiming for swift resolution.
• Drive lease renewals and execute new leases within the market.
• Conduct move-out reconciliation, assess damages, and determine charges per state law.
• Implement collection strategies to minimize evictions and delinquencies.
• Represent the company at eviction hearings and monitor HOA compliance.
• Adhere to organizational systems, programs, policies, and procedures.
