Job summary

Bedrock Property Management in Austin, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support day-to-day operations, meet leasing and financial goals, and deliver excellent customer service to residents and prospects.

You will manage tours, respond to inquiries, maintain a welcoming office, and collaborate with the Community Director to achieve property objectives while upholding fair housing standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of multi-family property management experience preferred.
• Previous Leasing experience preferred.
• Customer Experience Specialists or related fields encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provides exemplary customer service to residents proactively solving issues and creating a welcoming environment.
• Abides by federal fair housing standards and all applicable laws.
• Presents a professional image and effectively represents the company to residents, vendors, and owners alike.
• Greets residents and completes prospective resident tours with pride.
• Drives property performance by marketing the property and focusing on retention.
